**Avoid Tina from Bada – Unprofessional and Unreliable Service** I had a deeply disappointing experience with Tina from Bada and feel compelled to share it as a cautionary tale. Despite claiming to have 16 years of experience, her professionalism and service attitude were severely lacking. 1. **Lack of Professional Communication** Tina handled everything via WeChat instead of formal emails, making it difficult to keep a proper record of important matters like visa applications and school admissions. This lack of transparency was highly concerning. 2. **Applied to Multiple Schools Without Consent** I specifically requested that she apply to only one school, yet she proceeded to submit multiple applications without my approval. This disregard for my instructions was frustrating and felt like a conflict of interest. 3. **Disappeared After Receiving Commission** Once her commission was secured, communication became difficult. My messages and calls were ignored, and eventually, she was unreachable. The level of service changed drastically once payment was completed. 4. **Unhelpful and Dismissive When Asked for Assistance** When I requested help retrieving an old visa letter, she was dismissive and unwilling to assist, claiming it was too old to find. Rather than offering solutions, she refused to take responsibility and ultimately blocked me. 5. **Avoidance Instead of Accountability** When I visited her office to discuss the issue, she claimed to be on annual leave and refused to meet. Eventually, her manager had to step in to resolve the matter, proving that a solution was always possible. Looking back, I regret not being more assertive at the time. Her actions wasted valuable time and added unnecessary stress to my study abroad process. I strongly advise anyone considering Bada’s services to be cautious and ensure they work with a truly professional and responsible consultant.

Fast response and very friendly. Bada's consultants answered all my questions in great detail and were easy to understand. Highly recommended for those applying for a student visa or other visas to Australia. The school registration and visa process is very easy and fast as long as all the documents are complete. For those of you from Indonesia who aren't yet confident in English, don't worry, Bada has Indonesian staff :)

I want to recommend Brian and the team. I contacted Brian after an unpleasant experience with another migration agent. Despite the time pressure, he agreed to take me on and help me with my visa application. Working with him was very organized, professional, and pleasant. After a waiting period, my visa was approved. Such a great place to ask for assistance and help!
