I am extremely disappointed with Philips customer service and warranty support. I purchased a Philips Lumea 9000 Series with the expectation that the advertised warranty would provide support if a fault occurred. However, when I attempted to make a warranty claim, I was told that my claim could not be processed because the device was located overseas, despite the product still being within the warranty period. The entire process has been frustrating, unclear, and time-consuming. Different information was provided at different stages, and I have not received a satisfactory explanation or solution. As a customer, I expected Philips to stand behind its products and provide clear guidance regarding international warranty support. I chose Philips because of its reputation for quality and customer care, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand. I would not recommend purchasing an expensive Philips product if you may need warranty support while travelling or living abroad. Very disappointing experience.
