I would like to clarify my experience, as my review was based on direct interactions with your office and staff, not on any misunderstanding. I visited your office in person after seeing the positive reviews online and believing BMW to be a reputable Nepalese consultancy that supports students. Prior to visiting, I called your office to ask whether an appointment was required, as most consultancies operate on an appointment basis. I was advised by a staff member that no appointment was necessary after 4:00 pm and that I could walk in. I also asked whether there was a consultation fee, and I was informed that the consultation was free. Based on this information, I visited your office around 4:00 pm on Monday. The staff member I had spoken to on the phone was not available at that time, despite being informed of my visit. I waited for approximately 20 minutes before being asked by a staff member, Denise (apologies if the spelling is incorrect), to complete an online form. After completing the form, I was able to speak with a consultant and ask my questions regarding my student visa extension. While the information was provided, I personally felt the interaction was quite brief and lacked engagement, particularly as a first-time visitor seeking guidance. I was advised that a checklist would be sent to me, which I agreed to review before proceeding further. When I did not receive the checklist, I followed up with a phone call on Tuesday. During that call, I was informed that the consultant was not yet in the office, despite Google listing the business as open at that time. I understand that no service agreement or contract had been signed. However, my review reflects my experience as a prospective client seeking initial advice. First impressions and initial consultations are an important part of how students decide whether to engage a consultancy’s services. My intention was not to misrepresent the situation, but to share my genuine experience as someone considering your services. And also I understand that your office supports a large number of students and manages a high volume of enquiries. I appreciate that this can make scheduling and follow-ups challenging. However, timely communication and clarity during initial enquiries are important for prospective students when deciding whether to engage a consultancy’s services. I respect your position and am open to discussing this further if you feel clarification is needed. My feedback was shared in good faith, based on my personal experience, and with the hope that it may help improve communication and service for future students.
