Worst experience ever! I've known Yashpal for a long time, and I initially trusted him to handle my Temporary Resident visa application because my uncle highly recommended him. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Firstly, communication is a major issue. He rarely responds within a reasonable timeframe, whether by phone, text, or email. As a client, you shouldn't have to constantly chase your migration agent for updates. Secondly, I later discovered that I was charged significantly more than the market rate. After speaking with several friends and comparing quotes from other registered migration agents, I realised I had paid almost four times what others typically charge for similar work. While I accept that I agreed to the fee at the time, I expected a much higher level of service in return. Despite that experience, I recently contacted him again because he was already familiar with my profile. I had already received quotes from two other professional migration agents who were ready to assist, but I thought it would be easier to continue with someone who already knew my case. It has now been almost two months since I provided all the required information. Despite numerous follow-up calls and messages, I have received little to no response. This is not the level of professionalism or client service I would expect, especially from someone I had previously engaged. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this migration agent. Poor communication, long delays, and a lack of client support have made this one of the most frustrating professional services I have dealt with. To be sincere guys..... Yashpal is the greatest of all time(GOAT), I have know TEG for almost 5years, they are super professional, friendly and reliable. I had a very bad experience with TEG Immigration. The agent Yashpal charged me $200 for a consultation that lasted only about 10 minutes. He went offline quickly and did not answer my calls afterwards. I tried to contact him multiple times but he never responded. I paid the fee twice and still did not receive proper guidance. The consultation quality was very poor and unprofessional. I do not recommend this agent to anyone. Very disappointing service.
