If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dependent visa granted in 14 days. I am so grateful to team of Mates International - Education & Visa Services not only for their help in visa processing but also for being a cheerleader, a great motivator, and for keeping me focused when I was being pulled in so many different directions. Thank you Suhesh Khanal sir for being supportive throughout the process. I highly recommend Mates International for anyone who is struggling with the next steps of their Application.

Our application for partner visa was far from a routine application. We had multiple layers of complex issues and were applying onshore under schedule 3 compelling and compassionate reasons. I have just received my PR (Permanent Resident) after over 3 years of waiting, and we are so very happy and blessed to have chosen Sushesh and Mates International to prepare our application. From day one Sushesh has been with us every step of the way to prepare, advise and support my husband and I on every aspect of the process. Mates International-Education is a very resourceful,reliable and helpful agency so far for me. Based on my personal experience, they never only assist you for the best decision about your course, and school but also guide you thoroughly for migration or PR in the long run.They will surely lead you for that long term goal. I have a very tight budget due to been stood off from work for 4 months, but Sir Badrid, Sir Alex, and his team did not take me for granted. They never discriminate or chose only those who are well off and has strong budget. ❤🙏 Infact, they encouraged me not to give up and keep up the fight for our dreams. I have received Australian PR thru Mates International Education and Visa Services. Sushesh was my agent who went above and beyond with my Visa journey. It could have been a draining and exhausting process if he wouldn't know how to handle anxious and agitated client like me. Apart from his great confidence in his job, his client service is great as he always emphasises how you would have felt and reassures when you are anxious about whats going on. I could not explain more in words how competent he is with what he is doing. He knows his clients situation and customises for them. Before I went to Sushesh, I went to the other agent who said that under my given situations at that time, said it is impossible to proceed to PR however Sushesh did it for me. If you are in doubt with your circumstances just ask him whether he can do it for you. I know that he would not rip you off as he did not do that to me whereas the other guy who charged me for the fee of $300 for an initial consultation and having a look at a few of my documents. He is always contactable and reliable even on the wknd for the urgent issues. He knows how you feel and where you are sitting at so he will do his best to get you what you want. I really appreciate what he has done for me, without him my 2019 would have been soo different to how it has been. I will defo recommend him to anyone who needs help with their PR and visa as I know he is capable and he will do it for you.
