Today is a magical day, as this is the day I received my GRANTED notification from home affairs for my partner visa! We've been working with Abhi and the team at Migration Centre of Australia for over 10 years now across multiple matters — both personal visas and business immigration cases — and honestly, it just occurred to me today that they truly deserve a review. If there's one "complaint" it's that they're so detail-focused it can sometimes feel intense — but that’s exactly why they get results. They’re experienced, ethical, outcome-driven, and they’ve never let us down. These guys are a joke, beware. Sent information to them a week in advance informing them what we needed. They set up a 1pm appointment to discuss our options. On the day of the appointment, they were 25mins late and then told us, they don't even handle what we're looking for. I said, you've had our information and requirements for over 1 week, why didn't someone notify us then, the guy then say's, Oh, I've only had a chance to look over your request just now. I said, someone should have contacted us a week ago and you shouldn't have made us wait 25mins past the appointment time and I think that's very unprofessional on their part, the lawyer then said they were very busy and didn't have time and get this " That I (the customer) was being rude" so they're 25mins late for an appointment, didn't read our info until 1 minute before the call, didn't notify for over a week and we "The customer" are being rude. Buyer beware
wonderful place, but its hard to make appointment face to face, last week in make call,need to wait 1-2hour operator... last time ,U officer said, WELCOME TO FREEDOM COUNTRY....if U like stay here, just stay here forever.... because we are connected to the heaven.... keep in mind that, we are not 6G but we are already 7G so all chip is tracking and social credit system already applied to everyone start now THE GREAT RESET 2020 to make sure all stay safe in the world.
Hey, I had a very bad experience with them. I was given a free initial consultation after that they asked me to come some other day and explained same details and charged me 175AUD. So please dont fall for that and save your pocket. They try to give false hopes on your initial consultation saying its easy for you to get PR, which is not true. They lacks professional ethics and morals. Dont trust them if you are desperate for PR though circumstances doesnt support.
I've been using MCA for some time now, and I’m genuinely impressed with their exceptional customer service. Abhi and the entire team are always responsive, helpful, and quick to take action on any questions I have. They consistently provide great advice and explore all possible options to support my needs.
