I would highly recommend Farrel and his team at MCA for any visa assistance or visa application. In 2016 Farrel and his team assisted us with our 457 visa. Making the whole process as clear and as easy as possible. Always keeping in touch with us regularly throughout the process. My Partner and I lodged our own partner visa application with Farrel from MCA's guidance, where his migration advice and assistance, helped us secure an onshore partner visa (subclass 820) in just 6 months, without any further issues, questions or documents required after its lodgement. Farrel is an excellent adviser, especially if you can't afford the full cost of a migration agent/lawyer taking care of your visa application, or whether you prefer to be in control of the process but only need the advice/guidance to prepare a good application. I would definitely recommend anyone seeking such assistance, to MCA and Farrel.
The process of getting a partner visa submitted can be very scary, but after a number of consultations with Farrel from MCA guiding us, made it all much easier and way-less stressful. We therefore felt very confident, when we submitted our De Facto partner visa ourselves ….and it got approved two months later! I do believe that all the advice and guidance, that we received from Farrel had a lot to do with how quickly our visa got processed. Farrel at Migration Consultants Australia has been very helpful in the lodgement of our partner visa. The application filing fees have now become much more expensive which Farrel understood. He suggested providing consulting/advisory services to us over several hours, to cover most aspects of the partner visa which we were very grateful for this option where we lodge ourselves, as several migration agents were only interested in being engaged to lodge our application.
