Mr Savitz came highly recommended to me when I received a letter from the government stating I have 28 days to reapply for temporary residency or leave the country. My employer at the time mistakenly suggested I apply for a temporary working visa. Having just started a new job, this letter left me in a state of panic and shock. I contacted Mr Savitz the next day and he scheduled an urgent meeting with me and my husband. He explained to us what my rights were and reassured us that he would guide us through the temporary residency process within those 28 days. Mr Savitz worked tirelessly with my husband and I and led us through the process of my spousal visa application step by step. Yes, it was hard, but he was available for any phone call (whether it was after work hours or on a weekend), no question was left unanswered and he handled our application with upmost professionalism. Furthermore, he kept us regularly updated and informed of both our application as well as any additional rights we had throughout the process. After receiving my temporary residency, Mr Savitz got in contact with me to apply for a permanent residency (when I was permitted) and he handled that with same professionalism and care. About 2 years after my permanent residency was approved, he got in contact with me again, asking if I wanted to apply for a citizenship. He explained my rights to me as permanent resident compared to a citizen and gave me enough information to apply for the citizenship myself. I decided to use Mr Savitz’s services yet again as I have full confidence and trust in his abilities to make this process as easy as possible for me. I gained my Australian citizenship last year.
