I highly recommend Migration Downunder (MD) for citizenship by Descent applications. I used them for our twins who are based overseas and approval was given in 45 days of application (first 25% in government projected timeframe for determination). Alice and her team provided the outline of necessary documents needed and costs for the applications. Importantly, whenever there were questions I had about an issue a response was provided very quickly. What I found interesting is when listening to others on what information to provide for applications these lists always fell short of what Alice requested. If you are heading down this path, keep all records and receipts for everything. Photos, doctors bills and government documents are invaluable. Find a good translation business. Without all the proper information MD cannot do their work. Long think, short do as I learned. Again, yes use Migration Downunder.

I did much research before selecting Migration Downunder. I noticed that whenever a migration issue of substance was reported on by the ABC or SBS they interviewed Julie Williams who is the principal & owner of Migration Downunder. We chose them to process a Prospective Marriage Visa & Partner Visa & apply for a Visitor Visa. They helped us gain a humanitarian exemption for my fiance to enter Australia during the Covid lockdown & have always been prompt courteous & professional in their dealings with us. There is no longer a 'simple' visa application and as such we'll continue to both use & solely recommend Migration Downunder. There are cheaper options available but as we've personally seen best get it right the first time with those who've navigated this field with knowledge & professionalism. Immigration matters in Australia are always more complex than they seem (unnecessarily, but they are). In previous occasions I've managed my visa applications myself; but for a complex 186 Direct Entry application it was extremely important to have Julie's expertise. Conversations are always honest, informed, and genuinely focused. It is always hard to not own every detail of your application, particularly if it takes a while to be resolved. However, if a matter is complex, you need expertise. I strongly recommend Julie and her team, and I am grateful she was there to guide me on achieving my permanent residency.

My fiancé and I were looking into getting a prospective marriage visa (subclass 300). The initial search for a migration agent was intimidating and daunting, as there were so many places offering their services, however, when we came across the Migration Down Under website, and the incredibly helpful and informative videos that they had, we knew we wanted to contact them as they seemed like the right fit for what we were looking for.
