I just wanted to take this opportunity to give a huge thanks to the amazing team at Migration Downunder. Highly professional and on top of everything, they sinply allowed me to have the most smooth joirney through an otherwise turbulent experience with covid and ineligibility to other type of visa. Me and my wife filed our PR application through Migration Downunder, and we had an amazing experience. Our case had lot of peculiarities and needed some priority processing. The migration agent assigned to us was Alice and she helped us to get those sorted on priority, so that we wont miss out any details in the filing. After filing as well we had lot of questions and doubts, especially due to Covid impacts on the application processing. Julie has been wonderful in guiding my partner & myself through the application for a Partner Visa. The application is a heavy process that can be very lengthy. Julie's expertise enabled us to get all relevant information and documents gathered in due time. Julie also proactively pointed out when application fees were about to rise, so we were able to submit our application right before, AND she connected us with a certified translator who was able to translate documents relevant for our application. Our application was granted within 5 months with no follow up questions. Hi Everyone, recently I got my partner visa 100 (permanent) granted which was applied just over an year ago after successfully getting the partner visa 309 (provisional) which was applied two years before that. Worth every cent! I had tried to complete an application myself several years prior, but ended up very frustrated with some awkwardly worded questions! Their responses were timely and courteous. Julie always replied promptly and explained everything I needed in as much detail as possible in a polite and patient manner. Her knowledge of the general process in Japan, as well as the Japanese names of all the paperwork, made things much smoother than I could have imagined. She also carefully explained immigration policy changes as they occurred. I couldn't be more grateful for her personalized attention and support.
