Rowena and the Migration Downunder team assisted me and my boyfriend with my partner visa application. Everybody was extremely professional and up-to-date with the latest immigration laws and visa changes. I couldn't recommend Rowena and the team at Migration Downunder enough! After the first meeting, I could tell we were in good hands and from that day forward, everything ran like a well oiled machine and it was clear we were working with a company who knew this process inside out. We were kept well informed at all stages of the process and our expectations were fully managed as to what to expect in terms of timelines etc. Nothing was ever too much hassle and Rowena or one of the team were available at all times to help with any queries or issues. The turnaround time also far exceeded our expectations, especially given that we were applying in the midst of huge proposed changes to immigration legislation which had lead to higher levels of applications. When we finally got the confirmation that our PR had been approved, Rowena was genuinely delighted for us and was calling me frantically to deliver the news personally as she knew how much we had riding on the decision - this personal touch was really appreciated! Migration Down under, Julie Williams and Rowena Prasad I will remember these names for the rest of my life. I researched 6 months before I chose Migration Down under. I read about their reviews and history and was absolutely convinced that they are the right partner to represent me for the VISA application. Was I right? 1000%. Migration Down under is the only organization who treated me as a person not as a case number. VISA applications especially partner VISA is very emotional, working with Migration Down under felt like they are my extended family and we were in this together. What a life Changing! I have no Idea and no friends to tell me which way should I go to get an agent that I can trust for my Visa situation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Julie, Erin and the team were so efficient in handling our Permanent Residency application, taking the stress out of a normally stressful procedure. They were always prompt to respond to any queries we had throughout the process. From day one of the application, after meeting face to face, we were always kept informed of every necessary step that needed to be taken. They even went out of their way to investigate options in light of any change of circumstances. The process was handled smoothly and I can now happily say that we are now residents of Australia - and Migration Downunder had so much to do with making that happen.
