Highly recommended. For people seeking immigration agencies I assume they seek profession, and Migration Downunder has it. I am glad that I chose Migration Downunder in assisting with my 189 visa. When I started my research I tried to contact multiple agencies and the experience wasn't pretty. I have seen individual agents using "da" and "dat" in his business email, I have seen big firms who took one week to respond to my inquiry email. Migration Downunder was different, and it has the profession I seek. It was great pleasure to work with Alice and Julie. Alice replies emails in a timely manner and gives succinct and accurate instructions based on her years of success experience. I called her during her lunch time twice or so but still she answered my questions with patience. What impressed most was in the process of my skill assessment, Alice caught many errors in the form I filled, which would have been omitted and submitted and cause potential consequences. Also, she reviewed the cover letter I drafted myself and pointed out that the majority of the paragraphs were unnecessary and did not have the points that the evaluation institute might seek. Skill assessment, as the most important step in the application, I do not doubt the result could have been different were I not using suggestions from a profession. Migration Downunder as a team was also pleasure to work with. I think in the process of my visa application I have worked with the majority of the staff members here, and I can tell everyone is doing their best to give clients the best experience. Some of my documents needs translation, and the company covered them all, they searched on NAATI website and found the best deal, and after I expressed my concern of the high transaction fee for oversee payment of a relatively small amount, they paid for me first and agreed that I could pay later with other fees! If you are like me, seeking professions to make sure your application is smooth and error free, you won't be disappointed here.
5 Star Service!! Julie and Erin were incredible in handling my partner visa. They answered all my questions quickly and clearly and always verified the information with official documents / direct links to the immigration website. Before we chose Migration Downunder, we spoke to 4 other agencies and they all told us completely different things so we had no idea where we stood on what my working rights were, how long my visa would take to process, whether I could leave and re-enter the country etc. and I didn't know who or what to believe. When I spoke to Julie the first time on the phone she followed up our conversation with an email confirming our discussion and sending me all the relevant documents to back up what she told me. I knew straight away that she was different from the rest! Both Julie and Erin helped me at every step of the way, not only professionally, but also on a personal level. Julie in particular was incredibly supportive on an emotional level. It was such a long and stressful process and there were a few tearful phone calls when it all got too much for me, but Julie went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a migration agent. I can't recommend her, or Migration Downunder highly enough!
I went through Migration Downunder to obtain my Permanent Residency (Partner 801) and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from the whole team. I worked alongside Julie and Erin for over a year and a half and was so impressed with both their knowledge and experience helping me permanently migrate to Australia. Above it all, they supported me not only in a professional manner but also in a personal and truly caring way, which meant a lot to me through this entire process. Again thank you! Erin and Julie made this overwhelming process so easy! It's always going to be a lot of paperwork but the process was as smooth as it could have been. Any questions or queries we had were answered promptly and in detail. We were walked through every step of the way and were always kept up to date with where our application was at. The service was always above and beyond and we never felt like they didn't have time for us. Overall very friendly, polite and helpful, couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommended :)
I highly recommend Migration Downunder to everyone who is seeking for a professional approach. I was personally dealing with Julie and since the very beginning I knew my application was in good hands! The most important fact for me was, that I was learned from Julie about the process itself so I understood what exactly I applied and paid for. Not to mention that the guys are really responsive so I was updated on everything timely and I did not have to bomb them with phone calls and emails....which is much appreciated! Moving halfway around the world to live and work seemed like an intimidating prospect. I was worried about the countless paperwork and the stressful deadlines. There's no question that the process was made so much easier by the great and hard working team at Migration Downunder. They let me know exactly what information they needed and then took care of everything from there. Not only were they thorough in their work, they did it with a courtesy and kindness that really welcomed me to my new destination. Even when I was asking questions that had nothing to do with VISA applications or paperwork, they'd go out of their way to offer some helpful tips. I can't be thankful enough! Julie is not also an amazing, professional migration lawyer, she's the only one who was willing to give my husband and I the chance to try coming to Australia.
