My partner and I cannot recommend Migration Downunder’s migration services and knowledge highly enough to other people like us considering settling in Australia. We found the Migration Downunder team to be friendly, efficient, professional and ultimately successful. We had an initial assessment with Julie who answered all our questions and concerns in relation to our visa options to obtain permanent residence in Australia. During the interview with Julie, we worked out the options available to us. We chose the highly skilled route. After the process of going through the completion of a highly skilled approval with the relevant authority, we then decided to approach Migration Downunder again to help us with our application, so that we could focus on our jobs and life. We thought that the whole visa application process was going to be long and arduous, but Julie and her team did a fantastic job in making the application a lot easier and stress free for us. Our visa application was quite complex and there were a lot of fraught moments as rules changed at the worst time and it felt as if we were continually out of luck! Despite this, Julie and Erin - and all of the migration downunder team - were so patient with us and so helpful. They clarified details for us whenever we were unsure, and offered a lot of support and reassurance. Quite simply from the first moment we dealt with the warm and friendly team at Migration Downunder the experience far outweighed any other Agent or Lawyer service that we had explored as an alternative option. With the other Lawyer and Agent options we explored we could just see $Dollar$ signs in their eyes and that we were just another number, but when we found Migration Downunder online and contacted the Office we were introduced to the amazing Julie Williams who from the onset treated me and my Partner like real people and was genuinely compassionate to our situation and circumstances which made it feel like she was part of our challenging journey. I have used the services of a few registered migration agents in Sydney for various visa applications and have to say that Migration Downunder is one of the best I have had the chance to encounter, not only because of their outstanding services at a reasonable price but also because they really cared about my personal situation and went through extra lengths in order to help me achieve my dream of becoming an Australian Permanent Resident. I didn't feel like a number as you can feel with larger consultancy and always gave me the time a day to answer all my numerous questions. In the last few years, Migration Downunder helped me with completing a 457 Business Sponsor Visa as well as a 186 Direct entry Permanent Residency Visa. (Which came through very quickly as well!) Julie from Migration Downunder prepared my application to move my 457 visa to a new sponsor. She was upfront that the approval could take a few weeks because it was a busy time, but in the end it went through in less than three - much less than expected, with no problems at all. She was very friendly, quick and responsive, and was happy to also answer some questions about the permanent visa I'm planning to apply for. I'd recommend Migration Downunder for fast and effective preparation of applications.
Very good to deal with. My 457 visa was nearly finish time and I want Permanent residence here in Australia so was told to talk with Julie at Migration Downunder. She is best and did great job even though my application needed lots of work. she charged me a very fair price, a lot less than other quotes, and always told me how it was going. My wife and children are excited we can stay in Australia and I would very much recommend Julie to anyone who needs help like me. She even had her own Lawyer in the company to help with other things we need, they do everything for you. Best decision as we nearly used a very dodgy company, my friend told me that she was best also and she did great Visa for he and his wife. I can't say enough good things about them they are fantastic and I can't wait to become citizen of Australia.
