I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for Tristan and Team's exceptional work. I was based in Brisbane and expected to be my agent in Brisbane. During the course of application person responsible for handling was based in Melbourne and he was very hard to catch. As point tested skilled program for 189,190 is highly competitive and applications are time constrained one need agent who is alert and attentive. Made few mistakes in my draft EOI even after giving detailed list of personal information. When singing contract the mentioned name of agent was different and person handling my application was different. I felt like scam. Would not recommend if you are serious about your migration application.

Here is a story. I got international scholarship to study my PhD at the University of Queensland back in 2018. I applied for student visa myself and got rejected, after which I approached Migration Guru via my supervisor. The rejection was mainly due to incorrect procedures and incomplete evidences to provide to Home Affairs. Migration guru, with its knowledgeable and skilled staffs, helped me to be granted visa to enter Australia. As such I came to Australia early in 2019 and started my journey of PhD studies, but without my lovely family. Almost three years later, when I needed to get advise about my family visa I was fully confident that Migration Guru would help my family to get visa to join me. Up on approaching Migration Guru, I met Amelia and Rehanna. I was very happy to have these special ladies around and can't acknowledge them enough. Rehanna was very special to me in the whole process. She always followed up with my documents, asked me questions on points that need clarity. I appreciate her patience and guidance as was urging her to lodge my family visa, but she wanted to make sure that all necessary documents were available before lodging. She always replied to my questions even the most silliest ones. I am quite impressed with the overall services that I got from Migration Guru in general and Rehanna in particular. I met Migration Guru first back in 2017 and they helped me get a visa. Three years later, when i needed to get advise regarding partner visa I had no doubt Migration Guru would help me. This is how I met Suren & Amelia. In both times i was very happy working with Migration Guru. However this time was a bit more special to me and I dont know how to thank them enough. Both Amelia in Melbourne and Suren all over the phone helped me a lot getting my visa. During this time Suren always followed up with my documents, nothing was ever late or wrong on his end, he always replied my questions even the most silliest ones. I am quite impressed How professional they work and wouldn’t think twice to recommend. I was initially referred to Migration Guru from a friend and I can understand why they did so. This is a team with a lot of knowledge and experience that will get the job done, no matter how difficult. In my case, despite the fast approaching deadlines and complex situation I was in Russell, David and the rest of the team did a great job of working with me to choose the best option all the way through. They also patiently dealt with all my questions and concerns. I will definitely be returning to Migration Guru in the future if I have any other visas that I need sorted.
Money hungry and careless agents who charge way above the average market price for state nomination application, delivering absolute disgraceful service. I got involved with them more than a year before I lodge my application with them. At first, they threw a higher number at me and then they pretended that they are doing me a favour by decreasing the fee, but it was way above the market rate. I thought they would deliver superior service since they are charging for more and regretfully wrong. They literally take money to push paper for you, and there was minimum advise given to make my case strong, which lead to the refusal of my application. The most horrible fact is that when they delivered the refusal news, rather than being sympathetic, they ask for additional fees if I decided to lodge my application with them. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from these people or rather do it yourself. However, they lodged my student visa successfully, but they immediately bombarded me with emails to give them five stars. Your application is your life, and that means nothing to these people.
