Migration Guru are the best migration agents I have ever heard of or come across. We had a difficult situation with my daughter's Australian residency application. Which took over four years (over the Covid period). The application seemed in danger of getting lost in bureaucracy. Migration Guru saved the day, producing an Australian residency visa for both my daughter and her new child within less than 5 months of contacting them. Encouraged by their fast and efficient service we subsequently managed to apply for and get FULL residency visas for my wife and our other two younger daughters - in less than 11 months. The name says it all! Highly recommended.
Migration Guru has been consistent on their impeccable service (on my case). They had helped me to get my PR. Here’s a brief story that I want to share. Migration Guru was recommended by a close friend of mine who asked the agency to help with her Covid visa after finishing her 485 graduate visa. I was on the same situation as well at that time so I initially asked the agency to help me with my Covid visa in 2022. While I was on my 408 Covid visa and had gained enough experience and points for the next step, I asked their help again to get the 491 visa (I asked for this visa as I didn’t have plans to permanently stay in Australia at that time. I came here for the purpose of travel and study only but things unfolded differently). At that time, it was Kirsten who applied the 491/189/190 visas for me since I have enough points for those visas. Surprisingly, I got an invitation for 189 Skilled independent visa after exactly a month. Fast forward, I have my PR for more than a year now. Thanks to Migration Guru who pushed my application with the visa applicable for me pathway to PR even though I didn’t have plans to stay here in Australia before. God truly works in mysterious ways. Now, Migration Guru is assisting me and my husband to get his PR. He just got the 820 visa approved yesterday which is another God’s blessing and again with the consistent assistance of the team. Their service is also affordable and the team are very approachable on every single detail I ask on our application. I chose Migration Guru as my authorised migration agent for reasons such as their so called expertise, reasonable fees, Brisbane office location, ratings etc. There onboarding process was a breeze but that was the end of good service from them. Soon, I became just a number once in their system. I’ve seen many case managers come and go, little to no intellectual input from their team and no follow up calls for barely anything over my term with them. My skills assessment application was rejected because their then case manager barely had any knowledge about how and what VETASSESS looks at in an application. I barely got any intelligence/insights from him - something you expect from a migration agency. There were just few instances when a highly experienced person came onboard to troubleshoot few issues but that was it. I wouldn’t recommend Migration Guru if you are expecting personalised recommendations. Better you go with a small agency which will look at your case more closely.
I applied for my 485 visa through migration guru and Thank you Very Much Prashant and Baljith. Both of you worked very hard. I really appreciate your work. You always gave me reassurance. Every time, I got replies for my emails very quickly. Whenever I wanted to talk to them and clarify things, they were very flexible even though time is different in states. Very professional.
