⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I first applied for my Australian citizenship on **Thursday, 3rd October 2024**, and I will be attending my citizenship ceremony on **Friday, 22nd August 2025**. Throughout this journey, **Marina, Rachel, and the entire team at Migration Unity** were extremely helpful, supportive, and professional. They guided me clearly through every step, answered all of my questions with patience, and always made sure I felt confident and well-prepared. Becoming an Australian citizen is one of the most important milestones in my life, and I am truly grateful to Migration Unity for their outstanding assistance. I first approached Migration Unity, about 1 year ago, in a difficult situation with my visa. The first thing we got from Marina & Rachel was hope, & a plan of how we would be able to get our permanent visa. Through the whole process Marina & Rachel were very organised, pro active & reassuring to me & my partner. & when we ever came up with some issues with different agencies, or needing to gather more information for the visa application, they were so supportive to us & explained to us exactly what we needed to get. Marina & Rachel were also so helpful & quick to reply with any questions & queries we had. Migration Unity was a wonderful organisation to use for our visa application, & i would recommend to anyone who wishes to use a Migration agent, especially our dealings with Marina & Rachel.

Migration Unity did an amazing job helping me with my 190 visa application in December 2023. I had some initial complications with ACS, but Preston quickly grasped my situation and promptly prepared and submitted all the necessary documents. My PR was granted after 15 months—well under the 20-month timeframe currently listed on the migration website. Preston was consistently responsive and supportive, always quick to reply to my questions, even ones not directly related to my application. I especially liked that Migration Unity collaborates internally with other agents to find the best possible solutions, which made me feel confident throughout the process. Marina Lawrie covered all aspects of what I needed to know about my options and by the time our meeting was over I had clarity of where to begin at. She also gave assurance of further assistance should I have any future questions. I think it was a great consult which delivered my expectations. We followed their directions and so from the first day of lodgment, we were never asked for any other other document again until the approval which means MU covered all required areas thereby saving us time. Extremely unsatisfied with paid video consultation. RMA is not aware of 485 updated visa duration, she mentioned visa will be granted for 3 yrs, actually its 2 yrs. I have clearly emailed my enquiries beforehand but RMA seems unprepared. Its a 45 minute long video consultation you must be prepared because I was paying $220 for a single consultation, that's huge amount of money and obviously we expect expert responses. RMA is not aware of the fact that "You don't need to apply for a new visa if you are studying at the same or higher AQF level or changing from an AQF level 10 course (doctoral degree) to an AQF 9 course (Masters degree)" and I have make her aware of it, although I have send this enquiry beforehand. Waste of my money and time very very disappointed. Not recommended at all due to my personal experience.
