Preston and his team are amazing to deal with! Based on my experience with some Migration Agents & Lawyers, I will say the following: 1. They answer all of your questions before discussing anything else! Which is rarely happening with Migrants. Everyone else as a Migration Agent/ Lawyer are asking for getting a Paid Call Appointment to discuss your case! - and here we started when; when I emailed so many Migration Agent and Lawyers ad this company answered all of my questions before discussing any payments!! So, this great team is looking for the Long Term of Your Goals in a respectful way. 2. They have their own Secure Client Portal to upload your own files safely. So you don’t need to send all of your personal documents directly by email. Then they will check all of your uploaded documents - based on your case! And no need to worry about anything - even if you are going to be lost at some point - they have the answer for your worries and questions! 3. At some point; I thought that I need to change the Agency because of a misunderstanding point while I’m processing a visa for my wife and the reason was a pure misunderstanding from my side based on what I read on “google” - and they were so supportive and helpful to understand my case and my concerns and to comment/ answer about all details! And finally we got the visa in a very short time! So, this place will always be my choice for any advice or any other visa process in the future! Love you guys and keep it up as always! You are the best. Hopefully - one last thing to mention; They guarantee to pay you back all the professional fees if your visa is not guaranteed! And for now; I’m discussing and planning my next steps here in Australia with them too…
My PR journey through SC 191 ( Regional Provisional Stream ) has finally ended with a desired outcome thanks to Christine's dedication and professionalism. From start to finish, Taina and the team at Migration Unity made the application process an stress-free and seamless experience.
