The best migration agent ever! I would give a 5++ if there was the option. Emanuela has been following my visa application for few years. I wasn't in the most ideal situation and without her I would have never got it. She is super reliable, careful to any single details, always there if I had any doubt or question or if I had to update personal details. I never had to wait for her answer for more than few hours.
