I had a very disappointing experience with this education agent. After my college issued a refund due to provider default, the agent did not return my refund properly. Communication was extremely poor — they did not respond to my emails or messages despite multiple follow-ups. Transparency and accountability are very important when handling students’ fees, and unfortunately, this was lacking in my case. I would strongly advise future students to be cautious and ensure they receive clear written confirmation regarding refund processes and timelines before proceeding with this agency.

Hasibul Hasan Josy is my Counselor and he nailed it. He gave me proper guidance. And what I like most is his short and effective communication. Dont have to juggle between long and messy ideas when you can get proper guidance in the first place. I went to lots of agencies before Moves but they really dont care about your idea and passion.
