I highly recommend Katie wren from MSM legal . Shes very friendly, professional and knows exactly what she does. I had a very complicated situation with my visa. Katie clearly explained all the possibilities both good and bad that could happen without any sugar coating , which made me feel very confident in her. Because of her cautious steps and extensive research that she does we were able to get my visa successfully with no complications in a short period of time which was unexpected! In terms of expenses they were very supportive and had flexible payment options . Visa processes are really stressful which could really take a toll on one, katie was more like a friend, very empathetic which made me feel comfortable and confident in her! She often sent friendly emails to check on how i was doing , which i felt was very thoughtful and she is very quick in responding to emails and queries !The reception team and the director of MSM legal were equally very supportive, friendly and helpful . Catherine Follett was an amazing help to my partner and I while we were applying for the 820 Partner Visa. She was super informative and she really helped reduce a lot of the stress that came with the visa process. My wife was initially declined her partner visa. She was declined due to a lack of knowledge on my behalf and a lack of understanding from the assessor who viewed her visa application. This caused me to seek professional help and I was referred to MSM Legal. MSM Legal was able to guide me through the whole appeal process and represent my wife and I during the tribunal. Katie was extremely professional and was able to present a very strong case to the tribunal. The appeal was successful and my wife is in Australia now. I am very thankful to Katie Wren for her expert legal advice and amazing service in helping me obtain a travel exemption recently. I had to fly to the US for a family emergency in August 2021 and had to get an exemption to Australia’s outbound travel restrictions on very short notice. Katie was able to advise me on exactly which documents I needed to obtain to explain the situation and submit in support of my travel exemption application. Katie drafted and submitted the exemption on my behalf very quickly and I received the exemption 16 hours after she applied. It was a great result and I flew to the US the very next day.
