My organisation has been working with MSM Legal for over 11 years now and I have had the opportunity to work with some different lawyers from the company during that time. Each one has provided a different level of expertise and an excellent level of support. The current work provided by the company has been exceptional. I currently had assistance with having to apply for a travel exemption and we were limited on a short time frame as our client needed to return back home to a new appointment. We turned to MSM Legal for help with our Partner Visa after being recommended by a friend who was successful in obtaining a Partner Visa themselves through this firm. We certainly wanted professional help with our Partner Visa, having previously sponsored a partner once before, and also being subject to a few rejected Tourist Visas prior, we really wanted to get this right but didn't know what to do or where to start. Starting the process with MSM Legal was the best decision we made. We left our first consult feeling optimistic. Katie Wren has been working with us on our application, and we have found Katie to be professional, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We really got the feeling that she cared about our case. It was comforting to know that our best interests were taken to heart. The process has been relaxed thanks to the help of Katie. My partner and I cannot thank Mitch and the team at MSM Legal enough. They have gone above and beyond for us. I had breached the terms of my visa and was being deported from Australia and my partner. I was on a one way flight back to the US not knowing if I would ever be allowed back. A family friend got us in touch with Mitch at MSM Legal and we discussed all the different options we had. Mitch worked with us for over two years. He helped us apply for a De facto Partner Visa. He answered all of our questions when ever we had them. He was very timely and professional in responding to our concerns. Once our 309 Visa was approved and I was allowed back in Australia he continued to help us with the second half of the visa. Our child visas were denied due to some very bad advice received from various different immigration agents and some poor decisions we made along the way, the case had become extremely difficult and the chances of us succeeding was very low however the team at MSM Legal put every resource into our case. We live 2 hours out of Adelaide but they made us feel like they were always close at hand whenever we needed information, their communication, attention to detail and dedication was simply amazing. I used MSM Legal for immigration purpose. When we arrived in Australia, my partner and I used another agent based in the CBD of Adelaide. My previous agent was terrible, they made mistakes when they lodged our application, our application was unsuccessful so we were desesperate with my partner. Then, we have been advised to work with MSM Legal. We met with 2 different agents including Alexandra who took time to meet with us and give us the very best advice to suit our situation. We prepared our appeal with her and our visa was granted! Their fees are a bit expensive but worthwhile.
