Trusting Mullins for my permanent residency application journey was one of the smartest decision I have made in my life. My case was looked after by Leena Lee (Solicitor), Sarv Singh (Solicitor), Carrito Carrasco-Walker (Paralegal) and Corina Chen (Partner). Both of my subclass 820 and 801 visa got granted the DAY AFTER it was lodged to the immigration. Leena and Sarv were extremely professional. They follow up with you very thoroughly with the requested documents, never had to worry about getting hold of them as they always promptly reply to you. I was the one who had to be chased up by them for outstanding documents haha. Not only they chase up the documents thoroughly, they will give you the right guidance to make these steps easier for you. This is the best review you'll ever read or need in case you're looking for a migration lawyer. It contains very important information and most of all, a trully honest and sincere opinion about what you should expect from Mullins Lawyers. I cannot express how happy I am to have worked with them. My utmost gratitude and appreciation goes for their outstanding service, their professionalism, transparency, friendly, detailed and easy to understand assistance. My only regret is that I can only give them a 5 star review. Maybe, due to all the fancy words, you would think this is a "paid" review. It's not. On the contrary, I have paid lots of money for their services. Was it worth it? Definitely! And I would do it again. Why? Because I had the unfortunate "pleasure" of paying for the services of another company prior to choosing Mullins. Was it worth it? Definitely not. All the headaches, the stress, the uncertainty was too much. And when the incompetence reached its peak, I said "no more"! I started my Australian citizenship journey more than 5 years ago, with another company. At the beginning, everything was perfect. After a while, one by one, all the lawyers/ solicitors that handled my case left the firm. Just to be clear, it wasn't because of me or my case. Every couple of months a new solicitor/lawyer would introduce themselves telling me they would "handle" my case just to receive the same email, a few months later. There was no more consistency or confidence that they know what they're doing and I could rest assured as I'm in good hands. I won't get into specific details but imagine having to screenshot their emails and circle and highlight on the screenshot specific details that they ask for and reply "you already have them, there they are". When I decided to leave them and asked for all my documents (that I paid for), included paid translations, I received 3 documents when I should've had 30. It was disgusting to say the least. Fortunately, Corina Chen stepped in and sorted things out, without any more headaches for me. Why should you choose Mullins over others? Because they know what they're doing. Because they will do their best to help you get you where you need to be. Because they're honest, costs are upfront and detailed and they take the time to explain what they'll do, when and how. Because they send multiple emails and reminders so you can feel attended and not neglected. Because they're true professionals and you can feel it. No doubt, there's other good migration lawyers, solicitors and so on. There's probably cheaper ones too. I don't think anyone would choose to pay twice for one service though. It doesn't make any sense. My multiple visas experience was bitter sweet. Bitter at the beginning, when I was worried for my visa and sweet after changing my migration lawyers. I am writing this review after passing the Australian Citizenship test (flawlessly I must add) and I am so grateful for all the help, assistance and service I received from Corina Chen and her team. Without their involvement, this journey would've been a complete nightmare. And at times, before I changed to them, it was. If you got so far reading this review please note that I'm not asking you to contract their services. I am expressing my gratitude and happiness to have worked with them. I'm sharing my experience hoping that it would help someone! Do your best research before getting on a journey like this. It takes time, cost lots of money and can be stressful at times. And if you're not happy or don't feel right about it, don't be afraid to walk away and change the team representing you. I learned that the hard way.
