My wife and I have used Peng from My Access Australia for her Permanent partner visa which she has recently been granted. It has been a good experience the whole way through. This has been a huge help as I work two jobs and I’m very time poor and unorganised and not confident myself to do it. Over the last couple of years whilst dealing with Peng I have found him to always be honest and genuine compared with my experiences with two previous migration agents elsewhere during the initial consultations with them hence why we continued to search for someone that we both felt was honest and genuine and was not going to take advantage and try to charge us in any opportunity that they can. We had a very complicated immigration case involving a 461 and then a 309/100. We had seen 4 other lawyers/immigration agents and they all told us our case was either too complicated or there was nothing we could do. We decided not to give up hope and we found My Access Australia after a Google search. Peng's numerous glowing ratings gave us some hope. We had a consult appointment with Mr Peng re our spouse immigration visa application. We found him to be knowledgeable and patient. He answered all our questions in great detail, showed us how to answer some of the questions on the forms, and brought up some things which we had not thought of. After our session, he sent an email summarizing the discussion, and even sent additional information. We are seniors and don't often write reviews, but we feel that Mr Peng genuinely tried to help. He was generous with his time and expertise, and really deserves 5 stars all the way.

Immigration agent play a massive role in this journey.In Sydney have Lots of migration lawyer but only few of them have the ability to provide you best customer service and knowledgeable and passion about what he doing. Mr. Peng Cheng is an agent who deserve more than 5 star. Communication: whenever I needed him to text or call or email , I have reached him. Never clock watcher. Everything on time. Customer service: I was treated very well. All answer and documentation submitted with timely manner without error. Cost : compare to migration agent market , Peng was reasonable and I got flexibility to pay him. I recommend him without any hesitation and wishing all the best to Mr. Peng and his office.
Me and my friend are In Australia since more then two years and we would like to get our pr some how. Eventhough our path way still isn’t clear but we are highly satisfied about Mr.Peng’s service and honest help. Professional, empathetic, and affordable. We first approached My Access Australia via their contact from on their website as we were at the time with numerous other MARA agents, however the response from Peng Cheng was not only speedy but significantly more detailed and forthright. Our case was less straightforward than most and entailed the adding of a partner to a pending general skilled migration visa. However Peng Cheng was very precise and patient in advising what we would need to do, and assisting us to do so. The peace of mind knowing Peng Cheng was acting professionally on our behalf was priceless. And for the price we paid, more than a bargain (far lower than quoted by other MARA agents). Will be using My Access Australia for future visa needs in Australia, and have/will be recommending their services in the future.
Started looking for Migration Agent late 2017 to assist with 186 ENS Visa Lodgement. Spoken to several agents and they were quite disappointing, no sense of customer service and not quite clear on how to get the documentation in detail, especially the training benchmarks section. Peng Cheng is the only one that have exceptional customer service, offer to meet me close to my work place and discuss all the requirements in detail (face to face).
