My Resident Visa renewal is due and I had been having a lot of questions in my mind as to the eligibility/ how to proceed etc., I was looking for a for a genuine adviser who puts professional ethics/approach first before the business interest and guides properly. I engaged Peng Cheng's services for my wife's spouse visa. Prior to that, we were not successful when we applied for a initial tourist visa on our own the 1st time as we did not thoroughly understand the entire process especially the incentive to return portion. On PC's advice & complete guidance, He obtained for us the tourist visa on the 2nd attempt. My husband and I were permanent residents of Australia. However, we lived in the US and India for 5 years before we decided to move to Australia again. Our PR had expired by then. While applying for the visa, my husband and I were unsure about our resident return requirements. Thats when I called Mr. Peng Cheng on his phone. He was very helpful over the phone even though I hadn't paid him then. He then immediately wrote me an email and followed up on our discussion we had over phone. Mr. Peng emailed all the important information necessary for me to start my visa application. He sent me the text I needed to upload on my immiaccount.
