Superb and Splendid service, help and support by Mr Peng Cheng !! I was very troubled with the long wait of response to my RRV application and I wasn’t confident with my substantial ties provided for Aus Immi’s consideration of a visa grant. I have been asking questions for few times on ‘My Access Australia’ webpage and Peng has been very proactive in providing timely input to my queries. I have even emailed ‘My Access Australia’ for few times and I always got response to my questions. When I have finally got a case officer assigned to my application, I was requested to provide additional docs to support my visa renewal. 3 days before the closing date, I felt the urge to attain professional advice and help to ensure I have done nothing less than the best effort. I appreciate Peng for the assistance in the shortest time frame. I received timely feedback (sorry to have disturbed Peng out of office hour due to time difference), great advice which has given me more options to save my visa and professional help. I find Peng’s charges very reasonable. After submission of additional docs, I was prepared for another round of 4-6 weeks of wait for finalization. However, Thank God, I was so overwhelmed to have received my RRV grant immediately the next day after submission of additional support docs !!! ‘My Access Australia’ webpage has provided me numerous insights during my tough waiting period. It also serves as a platform for me to find out the visa status of other applicants and allows me to interact with those on the same boat as required. Highly recommended, I never used google to search for any migration agency as I always go to the ones that people recommended. I and my husband was struggling about our spouse visa sponsorship as we went to 2 different solicitors but they quite unsure about what they are doing. we were really frustrated and wasted lots of money. I would just like to take this opportunity to thank My Access Australia ...I dealt with Mr Peng Cheng who handled my visa from start to finish. I had been to see other migration agencies before i met Peng and my experience with them was all very positive but they where all to quick to jump at the case and wanted money up front which made me suspicious.After doing some of my own research on the internet about the visa I was after it was clear to me that a lot of things the other agencies had told me was not true.During my search online i came across My Access Australia and Peng answers a lot of questions online people where asking about. I asked a few question by email and he gave me a few facts on the 187 visa.I decided to go and meet Peng when i went to Sydney I made an appointment which was a very reasonable fee and went to meet with him. When i met Peng he was positive about my case but said he would need more information from me and then he will decide if my case is acceptable he didnt just jump at it and didnt ask for any deposits in fact he offered a money back policy if the visa failed right there and then i knew Peng would be the agent to take my case. After checking all the requested info Peng needed which took a while from my job sponsor to get to him Peng said he would take my case. During all that time emailing back and forth with my employer and me he never asked for a single cent. Peng then started with the visa application he is very knowledgeable and asked for everything needed to put it all together decision ready the term used. During the whole process he answers any question you have or help you may need and still only charges you the fee quoted in the start which he made payable in stages of the application no moneys asked for upfront. Our application went hitch free with a few minor snags which Peng handle no problem and we got our visa and payed his professional fee after receiving the visa very reasonable in comparison to any other i had seen So thanks to My Access Australia and Mr Peng Cheng i would recommend his service to anybody Thanks again. I will recommend My Access Australia (Peng in particular) to anybody I come across in the future without hesitation. The service provided was above and beyond anything I had received from other migration agents, having gone through a few Peng's service and knowledge was outstanding by comparison. He considered all the options and chose the option with the least risk. He was always calm and assured and patient (I was constantly asking for updates and it was a time sensitive case) he understood the process from start to finish and handled my case perfectly. Peng Cheng and my Access Australia are exceptional. The visa process was so complex more than I though or imagined, especially I and my husband had trouble with police check and health check. It was so very much stressful, even I started to be crazy. I started looking at so many agencies and they gave me incorrect information and wanted too much money. After reading many answers from Peng Cheng on his company's website, I decided to send him email about our situation. He came back to me so quickly. He is very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, useful, kind and caring. Finally, we both got 186 visas and now have permanent residency. Australian immigration is very complex, stressful, and long long process. Don't think it is simple and you can do it by yourself. To anyone who wants to apply for working visas, permanent residency visas or different types of visas ( apply in Australia or apply from outside Australia), I highly recommend Peng Cheng and My Access Australia because of affordable fee ( even very cheap), reliable and great service. Peng Cheng from My Access Australia helped me gather and compile all the required documents for my 457 Work Visa. The company I worked for is a start-up company so we had to provide a lot of additional information and documents to AU immigration. Without Peng's help, the visa application process would have been a nightmare. Peng Cheng was super proactive and helpful, always gave useful advice and assistance. Amazing!! I would rate My access 7 stars if review option allowed. I had my complicated RRV visa approved all thanks to Peng.
