I didn't actually use this agency, I'm going to apply for my visa myself, however I had a question about my visa application. Just the one question, and I had called a few other agencies, and checked the reviews. The agencies that I had already contacted wanted to charge me $100+ just to ask one question. I called No Borders Migration Agents and the lady I spoke to, Mackenzie, was absolutely wonderful, was able to go to the migration agent, to ask and get an answer to my question very thoroughly and didn't rip me off. Mackenzie also emailed me some information I had asked about too. I really appreciate the help, and if I need help again I will most definitely go through No Borders Migration Agents! Of the agencies I spoke to, they were the most pleasant, and helpful.
Cindy wasted my friend’s time and money. She requested around $10000 and we paid for nothing because she didn’t finish her job and her responsibilities and after a while she wrote all documents with wrong spelling and then she couldn’t change later. We asked her to refund part of money to go another lower but she rejected our request and finally we didn’t get our aim and purpose and money. Just we took our documents from her company. Just don’t trust her and don’t leave your documents to her.
There is no doubt the No Borders Migration Agents are the best in Brisbane! The knowledge and experience of Agnes absolutely amazing! I want to say big thank you to the whole team for all efforts and what they have done for me (Krisztian,Hamish) Pretty obvious every visa case different,lot of difficulties and circumstances,but they find a solutions for everyone! It was a hard period during pandemic ,but the support and empathy what i'v received from Agnes,i will be grateful as long as i live!

Unfortunately, I cannot rate them with 0 (zero) stars. I've had the most terrible experience with this company. Everything was fine, clear, and very promising exactly before I paid them money for their service. Starting from that moment, they stopped communicating with me. Answering my letters has been taking weeks. Actually, they provided me with almost false data just to get money. They are not interested in you once they got your money. Do not recommend having any kind of deals with them.

Had a very difficult situation with 457 to 186 visa transition, few complications with paperwork and previously delayed by an incompetent immigration agent.
