The whole experience of being a customer with the no borders team was a pleasure. Bad company No boarder migration Take your deposit and send me one std letter and did nothing else . My poor sister has saved for a long time to come to Australia and due to unforeseen circumstances had to cancel . This company couldn’t care a less about their customers or how hard they are doing it . Just in it for the money and 0 compassion. We didn’t ask for all the money back as they actually sent us an email just before we cancelled the visa application . Very very poor service . Must be you guys are broke that’s why you hang on to all the money ! Where is your sense of fairness ? Shame on you .
