Firstly i want to thank you enough to Krisztian Toth and Patrick Casiddy for helping me out with my 482 visa. It was not an easy thing to do specially in my case where i had very limited time or i should say it was the deadline. But i had full faith on them because they been helping me from my training visa till today and in future as well. But they are extraordinary people who helps people beyond their reach. Shortly after first arriving in Australia I contacted No Borders who assessed my eligibility for a visa and gave me informed options to stay in Australia permanently. My experience with No Borders is mixed. They were attentive and responsive to my emails, but at times, they seemed careless in reading the information I provided. Fortunately, they successfully lodged my application, and I was granted the visa. However, my main complaint is that they did not properly explain that the cost of the partner visa was split in two, leading to confusion and a feeling of being left in the dark during the process. They should clarify their fees and included services and provide clearer information to their clients.
Unfortunately I cannot give a zero star as my experience with them was appalling (to say the least). While being overseas I contacted them to initiate the process of applying for permanent residency. As soon as I transferred the money there were either no replies to my emails or just excuses. Even on a short visit back to Australia (still not being a resident, on a holiday visa) I went to their office, but this was fruitless as the person in charge of my case was "away" (note the use of inverted commas). Want to be left stranded and ignored? go with them (oh! but they will ask for money first!)
After a very unpleasant experience with another agency I was recommended No Borders Migration Agents and started speaking to Anna. I communicated with Kiska and Lachlan too, but Anna handled most of my case and was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! There was nothing easy about gathering all of the supporting documentation but Anna was extremely supportive and was able to advise me every step of the way. Immigration is difficult enough as it is, having someone like Anna to help you through and get it right is invaluable. Many agencies try to wrap you up in hidden costs to string you along but I can fully recommend No Borders Migration Agents, they are worth every cent.
