I had a very disappointing experience with Nikhila from New Edge Consultancy. She was extremely irresponsible in handling my case, especially when it came to updating the Department of Home Affairs about my newborn child’s details. Despite repeated reminders, she was always late to respond to my messages, causing unnecessary stress during an already important process. What made things worse was that instead of promptly updating my newborn’s details (a process that doesn’t require any additional payment), she insisted on charging money for it. This lack of professionalism and transparency was completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and timely immigration support.
