He answered all of our questions and queries through email. Whenever, we required any information, he was one call away from us. My scenario: Recently, I have lodged a visitor visa of New Zealand through Malcolm Pacific Immigration. Firstly NZ immigration declined our visa. Then the person, Hash Bihan took this decision seriously and add extra efforts in our case. Finally he succeeded in overturning the Immigration decision without lodging a new file. It’s a quite difficult to got a New Zealand visa on Pakistani passport but Hash Bihan has done it. Now, NZ immigration has granted us a multiple entry visitor visa.
