We worked with Julia Cooke of New Zealand Shores throughout the process of acquiring a CPVV for my wife. Julia was consistently quick to respond, kind, empathetic and it truly felt as if you were communicating with a human on the other end of the line, as opposed to just a purely clinical legal approach to the process. We are deeply appreciative of Julia and the team at New Zealand Shores for guiding us throughout the entirety of the process in a timely and cost effective manner. For any visa needs in future, we will most certainly be choosing them again. I first contacted nz shore in 2020 to apply for my residency, I was in a rush and needed a quick answer. Call Charleot, Rachel can’t recall,she answered my question precisely. I dealt with Eddie but he left nz shore and then Fabien took over my application. Absolutely top notch ,in the last year a half with many emails and phone calls , with my partner and my visas including WTR work visa and open search visa, and the RFW and 2021 Residency. We had a some minor hiccups but all went smoothly and nothing major which you would expect in covid time and things changed rapidly. Lucky I don’t need to worry about applying for visas apart from PR otherwise I would definitely still use NZshores again. Cheers for the provisional service and quality communication.
I would like to thank New Zealand Shores and specially Julia Cooke for her support and excellent services. We contacted New Zealand Shores about a year ago. Due to some complexities, it took us a long time to prepare for our the immigration application. However Julia has been absolutely brilliant helping us through all that. New Zealand Shores was an all around FANTASTIC group of advisors who supported my partner and I in obtaining NZ residency. We worked directly with Charlotte who answered all of our many questions in an incredibly timely manner and was always available and accessible to us when we needed support. The process became so streamlined and I don't imagine we could've done it without her. She double checked and reviewed all of our documents and caught missing pieces and attended to all the details. Even more the organization was well organized and always friendly and easy to speak with. I HIGHLY recommend their services!!
My husband and I can only recommend working with New Zealand Shores. Immigrating is a very complex and often frustrating and emotional process and it takes years to finally get settled in a new country. We can only agree that without the help from the professional help from New Zealand Shores, my husband would be back in South Africa and I would have had to return to Germany and we would not know when we would have been able to see each other again during times of COVID-19. Thanks to them, we are living our dream together in New Zealand and we will definitely keep on working with the advice from New Zealand Shores in the future. Thank you to all the immigration advisors at NZ Shores! Without them our immigration journey would have been so much more difficult and stressful. They were there every step of the way, from the moment we decided to move to New Zealand, to getting us here and finally receiving residency. We've used New Zealand Shores advisors over the past 4-5 years, through a variety of visa applications. We emigrated to New Zealand from the United States in 2018, and New Zealand Shores has helped us through several visa types, with anticipation of finally securing our permanent residency in the next 10 weeks. The NZ immigration process can be very complicated at times: what documents are needed, what format can they be sent, what time-frames are required, etc... Having an advisor who knows the answers to those questions and can be an advocate for you to the NZ Immigration system was essential in our case.
