I would happily recommend NZ Shores to anyone applying for a visa. I was lucky to have Charlotte assist me with multiple visas and my residence application over the last few years and it was always an absolute pleasure! Charlotte has always gone above and beyond to help me with the process and was always able to work with any issues that came up. Having Charlotte’s help with my applications made the process much easier and so much less stressful. These guys are legends! Eddie, Chelsea, and the team were very patient on my long journey to Residency. I doubt when I sent my first message to them 3 years ago that New Zealand Shores knew they were going to have to deal with me for such a long time. But since reaching out to them, they've been nothing but helpful from the first inquiry to my Residence visa finally being approved. One of the reasons I decided to go with them is because they were upfront and honest from the start (The money-back guarantee didn't hurt either!) I'm from the US and was looking to move to New Zealand. They let me know that while it was doable, the process would likely be long, frustrating, and may not be successful. It was good to understand that from the beginning and know there was a lot of hard work to come. There were a lot of documents to collect, but they let you know what you need and when you need to have it to them. They helped out by checking over my resume and helping me make a New Zealand style CV, which was much different than the standard US one. Since I let them know my goal was to stay long term, they made sure to check that any jobs I were interested in would align with my qualifications and be suitable for a Residence Visa Application. Once I got my job offer, they went to work and told me what I needed to send for my visa to be approved. I didn't have to contact NZ Immigration directly, as they acted as my intermediary. During my work visa approval there was a slight hiccup and misunderstanding from Immigration, but the team at New Zealand Shores caught it right away and their understanding of immigration law made it so that visa was approved. I doubt I would have been able to do that on my own. It was a painful 2 years (to the day actually!) after arriving here before I had my Residence visa in hand. Nobody predicted what would happen with COVID-19 or how that would significantly change the expected time frames (it was initially expected to be 6 months or so for a decision). Over those 2 years whenever I'd reach out for an update they would be quick, professional, and informative, even after they'd been paid in full for their services. That's what I call going above and beyond. I never did have to be in contact with Immigration directly for the Residence visa either. They saw to it that everything was taken care of for me. And they let met know they're happy to answer any questions I have going forward too. If anyone's looking to migrate to New Zealand, you can follow these steps to maximise your chances: 1. Check that you're eligible and have enough points from the NZ Immigration calculator 2. Reach out to New Zealand Shores and let them assess your eligibility. They do this for FREE. 3. They'll tell you which visas you qualify for. 4. Do what they say and follow their instructions. Their services are worth every penny and then some. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to come to New Zealand temporarily or to make it their permanent home.
I Have used NZ shores since my arrival in NZ, from the first Visa, going to variations of conditions, new visas, diplomas validations and after all these my residency, they always have been extremely professionals giving me all the info and assistance needed always answering calls and replying e-mails on the same day, even when the residency process changed to more long timeframe they have always been extremely proactive, I extremely recommend NZ shores and Charlotte Stockman That was my advisor during all this journey, Thanks Guys! New Zealand shores has been absolutley amazing. Fabien and the team were with us through the toughest time when I was stuck in NZ and my wife and two small children in SA due to Covid lockdowns.
