I recently got my 186 subclass visa applied through Newland Chase. I would highly recommend Simon for any immigration related service as he is always one step ahead for every question you have about your visa application, responses are very quick and prompt and you never have to wait long to get your questions answered. Whenever required Simon quickly set up a virtual meeting clear all your queries. This is definitely one of the best professional services I had come across with. I had a chance to communicate with various agents, and I can say that Newland Chase is extremely attentive to details. We had a skill assessment and the issue was that it was the second assessment of the same work experience, but for a new occupation. it was risky however, all experience, overseas and local was recognized. I will refrain from using any names! Applied for the 482 sponsorship through Newland Chase that got denied by the Government due to my category being listed as business and commercial sales but dealing with more residential. I was not informed by the Newland chase consultant my application had been denied I had an email from the government I had to email/call the consultant to chase this up. When I would try to call i was always sent to voicemail and would never get a call back. When I finally get through the consultant answered with a mouth full of food and no real Interest in discussing my options to try and stay in Australia. When ever I have sent emails I get a copy and paste response. I have Since sent an email enquiring about the WHV covid extension being offered to WHV prior to March 2020. I had no reply. I have applied for this myself and recently got this granted which means I have more options now to applied for other visas! I will not be using New Land chase’s services for this. I am Very disappointed with this whole experience if they had properly looked into my options and suggested other alternatives to the 482 I wouldn’t have been in the situation. I have already spoken with other immigration firms who have helped me heaps with this situation and suggested other alternatives.
I would highly recommend Newland Chase. Frances has been absolutely amazing, providing professional and informative support throughout my 482 visa journey. She replies promptly to any questions I have and has communicated everything I need to know about all aspects of the application. Looking forward to use her professional guidance and support for my 186 visa too in the future. Update: Applied for 186 DE visa with Frances's help and everything went smoothly. Direct grant in a relatively short span of time.
Five years back, a company Newland Chase has since taken over processed our PR application very efficiently, and when it was time to apply for citizenship, I contacted Newland Chase again. They prepared our applications for citizenship; my wife's has just been approved, which is great news. (The other applications are currently still being processed). We mainly interacted with Sravanthi, but she left the company soon after lodgement and Simon seamlessly picked up the applications and progressed them further. You can do a citizenship application yourself, but the form is non-trivial, especially if you are dual national. I'm very pleased that we had Newland Chase assist us. They were able to migrate quite a lot of information from our PR application which saved time at the start. During the preparation process, they were very responsive, answering questions and clearly up uncertainties quickly, and that's really important when you are working together to get the application ready.

Simon Delmo provided assistance to me from the initial process up until I got my Permanent Residency. I was amazed with the level of service that he provided. I can't believe how quick we got our PR. Without his knowledge and assistance, I am quite sure that I still will not be on PR right now. First of all, Thank you Eva(based on Sydney), you are the best immigration lawyer I have known. So couple of days ago I have got my PR through this company. I have experienced couple of lawyers from this company(melbourne) there is so much difference between each branches. I strongly recommend This Sydney one, even though I am based on Melbourne. they are (specially Eva,) full of knowledge, plenty of informations but more importantly unexpectedly fast response(very important for some of us, maybe all of us). I don’t want to say this But I have to Say I DO NOT recommend PROCESSING WITH MELBOURNE. I had so much stress getting reply back.
