Despite of the 12 to 20 months of processing time, I have received my PR grant in JUST 6 MONTHS!!! Highly recommend the team to those who don't want to have issue with a case officer contacting for further information (an issue that I would potentially have if it wasn't for them) causing the delay of visa grant. The team is expert in terms of giving detailed professional advice with the advantages and disadvantages of each visa options that you are valid for, review all documents thoroughly before the submission, very effecient communications all the time with you and providing up-to-date changes where relevant to you.
