My husband and I had our PR visa applications handled entirely by an agent named Jason from this company. He was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions very quickly. At the beginning of the application process, Jason sent me a checklist of required documents, which saved me a lot of time and made the preparation process much easier. I submitted my PR application at the beginning of 2019 and received my visa in mid-2020. Jason updated me on the application status periodically. And Jason's predictions were incredibly accurate!!! The price was also quite reasonable. Whenever friends ask me for agency recommendations, I only recommend this company and only Jason.
My visa was approved! Peter helped me with everything from my post-graduation 485 visa application to my PR application. I'm especially grateful to him. The time I felt most deeply for him was when my 485 visa application materials arrived very late, and he worked overtime during his holiday to submit them for me, allowing me to apply on time. Peter is very responsible, which is why I entrusted him with my most important PR application. He will always be my first choice for any other visa applications I need in the future.

Superb experience with NewStars. Special shout outs to Nancy and Kirk to manage our visa applications. We have been provided with very professional migration advice and service throughout the whole process till our visas are granted. Superman Peter!!! Thank you Peter for his perfect work, especially his incredibly high efficiency. While waiting for my visa, I needed to apply for a BVB (Beneficial Visa Application), and he actually got it done in just half an hour after I mentioned it at 4 PM.
