The entire 189 Accountant Independent Visa application process was fraught with difficulties. For two or three years, I was constantly communicating with Azrael and Kirk at Newstars, asking countless questions. Getting the visa now was truly a struggle. Thank you, Azrael, for enduring my inquiries and questions over the past two or three years 😂. Waiting is truly the biggest obstacle in life! Thank you! Oh, and by the way, I also used Azrael for my Master's degree visa renewal; it was much faster and more efficient! The Post-graduate working visa and 189 visa lodgement process I've dealt with Newstars has been absolutely phenomenal. Although Australian department application process is rather lengthy and unfathomable. My agent Azrael and their leader Kirk, throughout the years, has provided nothing but professionalism and efficiency. I know sometimes waiting is the biggest fear in people's life, therefore I bugged her many times with countless questions and reassurance. She provided all the answers that I need and the eventual result shows that she is 100% spot on and capable of what she is doing. Thanks again Newstars! Update after visa approval! Highly recommended! Very professional and with a great attitude. Boya (emphasis added) helped me with my 189 visa. I had many questions, and she patiently answered them all. She even told me I could cancel my 485 insurance, saving me some money. I submitted my EOI in December, received the invitation in January, and submitted my visa application on the same day. Now, less than 3 months later, my visa has been approved—incredibly efficient. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I've also entrusted her with my family's visas since then, and I feel quite at ease with her.
Having held PR for over a year, my wife and I contacted Jason directly through a friend's recommendation. They were incredibly professional and responsible. The 189 application process is extremely complicated, but they carefully reviewed every single document; they responded promptly to any questions; even when the EOI system was under maintenance, they worked overtime to submit my visa applications after the system was fixed, all to avoid delaying my visa application. Given the unfavorable situation with the 189 visa, they received their visa in just a month and a half without needing to submit any additional documents!! It's truly amazing! I wish Newstars continued success!
Newstars is truly amazing. From my student visa to my current 489 visa, they're the most professional agency I've encountered since coming to Australia.
