I'm writing this review specifically for William and Josh. Actually, I consulted many agencies beforehand. But I only actually met Josh from their agency in person. I was extremely busy with work at the time, and I felt good about Josh during our meeting; he answered my questions professionally, so I applied. Thankfully, they didn't disappoint me. The visa was finally approved after 6 months. This speed isn't too fast, but it's not too slow either. There were a few hiccups during the visa process, and sometimes I got anxious. But they were always there for me. Not only were they professional and proactive in resolving issues, but they were also incredibly caring and reassuring, always calming my anxieties. Grateful! I have no idea how Newstar got their 5-point rating. They are a terrible agency; I urge everyone to be careful. I used Newstar for my skills assessment, but it failed because of their unprofessionalism. 1. Malicious deception. They had no experience with my skills assessment, yet they lied and said they had extensive experience; in fact, they selected the wrong occupation for me, leading to the assessment failure. 2. Extremely unprofessional lawyers. They didn't even know what documents were required for the skills assessment, and the content was completely fabricated. They confidently assured me it would be fine and I would definitely pass. 3. Terrible attitude. After the assessment was rejected, I requested a review as required by the contract, but they completely ignored me and kept delaying. Every time I called, they made excuses. They kept putting it off, week after week, month after month. 4. They caused me significant financial and time losses.
