I would highly recommend Charles and Nowak Migration as they are experts in their field. I was stuck with my S56 request as I didn’t have the paperwork asked by the Immigration Department. Charles went through all the documents I submitted and suggested what all documents can explain my separated status. I submitted the paperwork and got my 189 grant. Charles is quite a pro and if you are stuck with tricky situations about your visa paperwork, book an appointment with him. Thanks ☺️ a tonne Nowak Migration!
Charles has been advising me since 2017 on the best path to apply for residency. At the time, I was focused on pursuing a career as a sports coach, aligned with my studies in Aus. He said that would be difficult. I didn’t listened. I gave it my best shot, but it didn’t work out. In 2023, I reassessed my goals and reached out to Charles again. My background and experience back home in Law would help me to stay. Thanks to Daniele, Charles, and Pauline for helping me with my parent's application for visitor visa. I found myself in an unfortunate and distressing situation where the previous application with another agency was refused. I first contacted Charles at Nowak about 4 years ago to make some initial enquiries about applying for a SC461 visa for my partner. Other agencies I contacted were a little discouraging due to the nature of our situation. Charles however was a lot more positive and thought it was worth applying for with careful planning and the right evidence. Fast forward to today and after all the hard work (by all involved, myself, my partner, Charles, Pauline & Dani) my partner was granted her visa yesterday. Although we took our time to develop our relationship and gather evidence along the way, processing time from application submission to grant was only 14 months. Our case was professionally handled by the team at Nowak Migration and I can highly recommend them. Thank you team Nowak, I know I can be a pain in the butt sometimes :) but we truly appreciate the effort and the results speak for themselves.

I scheduled a consultation with Charles and his team after receiving a refusal on my visa, desperately trying to find a way to stay in Australia. The team were so helpful and assisted me in applying for permanent residency with my partner included, and today we got our approval! I had few paid and unpaid consultancy in last few weeks to get some information about 186 DE, BVE and 600 visa. My last stop was Charles where he provided me a free consultancy for 20 minutes (Honestly, I would not have minded, If I had to pay for this 20 mins) as he is amazing person with immense knowledge of the imiigration process, rules and regulations.
