I highly recommend Nowark Migration. Specially Daniele who was spectacular giving to me all support that I needed and more! (She is also portuguese speaker, what made my life easier!) Also Paulina an excellent professional who at the end of the process she was kind and supportive getting some responses for me. What can I say... I was at my wit's end about 4 years ago thinking that I wasn't going to be able to stay in Australia after having a difficult time with a different Immigration agency. My wife and I found Nowak Migration on facebook. As soon as we wrote, we got a reply. We are from Poland, there was no problem with speaking Polish. We applied for the partner visa, for which you have to apply for the longest time. Thanks to great cooperation, professionalism, determination on the part of Nowak Migration, we received the visa 2 weeks after submitting the application! Earlier we tried to do something ourselves to submit the application, we couldn't do it. The paperwork absorbed us, we were slowly losing hope. Hope came back when we found Nowak Migration. From start to end, my collaboration was a real delight. Had a great experience with this company in helping me get my partner visa 820. They have great communication and help with everything you need along the way. Made it a stress free and easy process as me and my partner had no idea what we would have been doing. The wait time for the visa being granted was between 6-37 months and mine was granted in 3 months I was shocked.
