What an 7 years plus journey finally came to an end with Permanent residency. I would like to take a moment to thank for all the guidance, belief and encouragement provided to me and my partner in each and every steps of the process of my Visa Journey since from student visa process , regional study plan, COVID visa, Skill assessment and finally Permanent Residency..In addition to this, Since from starting process of first steps on my student visa, I had believe and faith towards the OEVS team for my journey and I confidently can say I did choose one of the best or best of the best Consultancy for Overseas study and Migration planning process after the completion of Study.
My experience with OEVS has been extremely stressful and disappointing. It took them 10 months just to lodge my file. When my application was refused, I received a call telling me that I needed to lodge an appeal (AAT) and should transfer $6,000 immediately. When I asked for a clear explanation of why the refusal happened and what issues led to it, I did not get any proper answers. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. On top of that, I am still waiting for my health insurance refund after more than three months, even though the insurer has confirmed the money was sent to OEVS. Communication has been poor, and one of their agents, Sharad Bhusal, was rude and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend OEVS to others.
