It is with utmost gratitude that I write this review for Jaime and Intan. We have been trying to get my son to come home to us and they made the seemingly impossible possible by efficiently handling his return resident visa. Indah and her team of consultants, especially Sandra helped us in the best possible way to launch my partner visa application (onshore). They made sure we had all the necessary documents, informed us about the process, kept us up to date and continiously added additonal information to my application. After about 17 months a case agent from immigration got onto our case and from there it took only a couple more weeks until the permanent visa was granted. I would highly recommend ONE derland Consulting service to anyone. We recently used their service to extend my mum's stay in Australia because of Covid-19. With only less than 4weeks before my mum's visa about to expire, Indah & Musria handled the case extremely well! Indah was very confident in getting the extension stay for my mum, where other agency said the success of this application is very low considering my mum's case. This was the main reason we went with ONE derland. We received a lot of information and step by step guidance from them on how to do the application properly, so it'll be successful. Highly recommended.. Genuine 5 Star Service.. Jamie was our main contact with Indah available for any information. My wife and I are delighted with the genuine service we received. Jamie was Always available for any questions we had and was very helpful with guiding us through what documemts we needed. The thing that impressed me the most was they were very understanding of our problem and detailed a positive 1 2 3 stepped plan and quoted us one price and then proceeded thru their plan to achieve a Positive result for us. Whereas others I rang started with a $50 1st consultant fee... A price for the visa application & when I mentioned needing a bridging visa, that was another $500... also I felt insecure because no one gave me a Positive Plan to resolve our issue... On the otherside of the coin my first conversation with Jamie was so positive, with a good plan to move forward and a first up complete price that was way way below others. Bottom line is I felt the confidence of this team.. AND the final result endorsed my confidence in Jamie, Indah and their team... Had couple of weeks left for my mum's visa to expire and there was no flights out to PNG. It didn't occur to me to have adjust her stay , being pressured to get it done at last minute. I couldn't get through two other firms when I came across One derland Consulting. They took it onboard at no Time .The Online chat service was great got connected confirmation to carry on with the reasonable costing with the circumstances they are amazing. Hard to find the words to express my gratitude to the team at One derland Consulting. My mother's visitor visa had been denied as our country of origin (Venezuela) is at the moment under a major political turmoil and is not uncommon for Venezuelan nationals to overstay or apply for protection. My mother only wanted to come and visit, to meet her granddaughters for the first time and to see me, as it has been 10 years since we saw each other last.
