My experience with xl migration was outstanding. This was my second student visa and it was approved within just 2 months. Ms Jaya took the time to thoroughly address all my questions about the student visa process for both me and my spouse. Would not recommend them for risky/complicated applications - especially if you are on a time crunch. Service was incredibly rushed and advice was negative. Surely my case was not the first complicated or risky application that the organisation was handling. The general communication between me (a potential client) and the agent was filled with constant negative associations rather than reassurance. Services were denied and I was left hanging sighting reasons like "not sending documents in time" even after I clarified that I had ongoing commitments and that I would send the documents as soon as possible. What was most surprising was that I even discussed the procedure on call with the agent and verbally agreed to working with them. We also went through certain portions of the email that I was unable to understand. Regardless, I was met with complete denial of services which led to severe anxiety and uncertainty as there were only a few days left before my visa expiry. Overall, thoroughly disappointed with this engagement and would not recommend it to anyone - especially for student visa.

I meet with Jaya regarding my wife visa application after a discussion I engaged her services. Which turn out to be the best decision had made as Jaya guided us through the long process and helped us understand what was required of us for it. Through out the process the immigrants officer gave me a couple of very difficult things I needed to complete, to be honest without Jaya guidance and help with these I wouldn’t been able to complete them. We were able to obtain my wife visa application on the first attempt and the money I paid Jaya was the best investment I made for our future together. I would highly recommend Jaya and the XL Migration team for your visa application.

Jaya knows what she is doing and she will go above and beyond to help you out. She helped me out without thinking it is her day off or outside office hours.
