I'd highly recommend using a migration agent if you are applying for an Australian visa as it costs a lot of money, so you need to make sure you do it right the first time, and I'd highly recommend you choose XL Migration. I had such a pleasant experience in dealing with Jaya from the time of my initial consultation three years ago. She was very efficient, helpful and available 24/7. She made a complicated process seem very simple. Jaya assisted me in applying for my wife's Visitor Visa which was approved in around two weeks. Her efforts are very much appreciated. Update: Jaya also helped me with the application process for my wife's Permanent Residency. She was again very pleasant to deal with. Though the overall process was onerous, we are very grateful for her efforts that have resulted in a positive outcome.
