I can't speak highly enough of Indah, Jamie and the rest of the team at ONEderland Consulting! We decided to use an agent to help us apply for our Prospective Marriage Visa, as my fiancee is from what is considered a 'high risk' country and we wanted our application to be perfect to avoid delays. After finding ONEderland on google and selecting them for their great reviews we are so happy and over the moon to hear today that our visa has been granted in the record time of THREE MONTHS! We were told to expect a wait time of six to twelve months...so are over the moon. Jamie and Indah were so helpful, clear and patient with helping us gather all of the information necessary. I tried to apply for a tourist visa for my missus and it got denied when I tried to do it myself. I employed Onederland Consulting to take on my case and they helped me successfully get a tourist visa for my wife. The process isn't as simple as one would assume, Onederland helped me compile over 100 documents, they knew all of the information that we needed to present to immigration, things I would have got wrong had I tried to accomplish it on my own. Their level of customer service, expertise and professionalism was superior compared to other agents I spoke to and I will employ them again for my next visa application. I cannot recommend them enough.
Recently my fiancee's Visitor Visa application failed and it was a devastating blow. Somehow on the Internet I stumbled on a Youtube Clip by Onederland Consulting that immediately caught my attention as they had a message of hope that my fiancee could get her Visa despite the initial failure. So I phoned their Offices in Perth. I was amazed at the Customer Service levels. I have never experienced such good service. It is impeccable. Ina and her team have been extremely helpful every step of the way, all questions have been answered, all requests have been accommodated. As soon as we wrote an email Ina would get straight back to us with an answer. They also sorted out temporary exit visas so that we could go overseas during the application process, and this was done at no extra charge. We also got the partner visa subclass 820 visa approved within 8 months which seems very fast. I highly recommend Onderland for your Australian visa requirements.
Me and my fiance were totally lost as to how we would one day settle down together, especially as she was from a high risk country that made getting a visa very tough (we had two rejected prior to utilising the crew at Onederland). Indah, Nikita and the rest of the team were absolutely awesome right from the start. I had a meeting in person with Indah well before we applied for our visa, and she laid out the options and put absolutely no pressure on us to proceed. They recommended a Prospective Marriage Visa for myself and fiance, explained to us exactly the process involved, and guided us right the way through. As the processing time for this visa can be lengthy, to allow us to spend time together in the meantime, they assisted us in applying for a Visitor Visa, which was granted even though immigration had rejected our prior applications. Throughout the entire process, any questions that we had (and we had a lot) were promptly answered and we were never left wondering. We were always kept in the loop and they were always in constant communication. I had a lot of confidence in these guys, but was still totally shocked when we had out PMV granted about 6 months sooner than expected! Cant thank the team enough, having this visa granted has allowed us to finally put a clear plan in place for our future, and although we still have a way to go, were now on the right track! I can't express my gratitude and happiness well enough to describe Indah and her company's help to bring my fiancée to Australia.
