I had a great experience applying for PR through Onederland. When I first consulted Indah, she was very knowledgeable about what she recommended and assisted me in successfully resolving the situation for my PR application. And Eka, my case coordinator, assisted me throughout the process, providing detailed advice to ensure that all required documents were completed. I used Onederland's service to apply for PR and was very satisfied. When i first consulted with Bu Indah, she displayed exceptional knowledge regarding Australia's migration landscape and helped build my strategy for the PR application. Rahma, my case coordinator, helped me through out the whole process, guiding me in detailed manner to ensure all the documents required are complete. Rahma also displayed exceptional knowledge regarding the visa process as i asked a lot of questions to her and she managed to answer it all. Exceptional Support and Professionalism from One Derland Consulting I began my permanent residency journey in Australia after completing my master’s degree and receiving my Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485). While working in a field related to my studies and with a spouse employed in a specialist occupation, I chose One Derland Consulting to guide us through the PR process. Although I was based in Melbourne, I selected One Derland based on a strong recommendation from a friend who had a successful experience with them. The team prepared a detailed and compelling report for his skills assessment, which was completed within a week—an impressive turnaround. Though the EOI preparation took some time, it was evident that this was due to their meticulous attention to detail. We received an invitation within a month of lodging the EOI, and our subclass 190 visa was granted in May 2025—six months before our temporary visa expired. Throughout the 17-month wait, Surya kept us informed and ensured all documentation was in order. Their consultation was always clear, direct, and reassuring. Well where do I start, I sponsored a chef from Indo and paid approx 12/13k to do so. The chef paid, 4.5k The application got rejected on grounds which were not true I have asked the owner to follow up on the rejection and why it can not be overturned as it is wrong even the owner thinks so. I have asked for my money back from the government and I have received 7k. I continue to contact one derland and always get “we are always speaking with the government about this” It’s rubbish they have stopped Caring about the clients because they have been paid. The owner never speaks to you, I believe she is never there and always on holiday. I would never recommend this company again.
