Finally i got my 482 med grant, i am thankfull to the entire Onderland team, especially for Pak Garry and Bu Alvita. TBH my case is complex as i had visa history for the last 8 years before, got 3 times refused visa. after did consultation with pak garry, i have confident feeling and Bu Alvita just make my case and myself in relax situation, and i knew it that my doc is bullet proof and decision ready, took me 4 months to wait 482 to be granted. i feel amazing and still cant believe with their miracle services. They promised to take my feedback seriously and improve their services. ---Original Review--- Cannot recommend their services. As someone who takes pride in researching information on my own, I came prepared to the consultation sessions with possible pathways that I believe would be applicable either to me or my partner. I came prepared with questions that I expected them to be able to answer and expand upon professionally. After all I am just a normal person, while they're in the business and they know better. During the consultation sessions, when inquiring on the visa pathways that i had researched on, my inquiries are always shot down, instead insisting they'd need more information to look on my specific cases, citing regulatory issues, and instead recommending pathways involving going back to school. Went back for another session with their principal agent, got much of the same rebuke. I wasn't pleased as I believed either me and my partner had a chance through either a skilled migration pathway or sponsorship. I did a follow up inquiry with my case manager as I believed we stood a chance with those pathways, and wanted them to look at it again and to confirm to us whether it is viable or not. It took me 4 weeks of calling back and forth, multiple emails, chat messages. And during all those times, my case manager was absent. No updates on my inquiry progress, no transparency on whether it is even being looked at. Only when i snapped on my 5th phone call to them that they started taking me more seriously, promising they'd give me a recommendation document in a week. The document that was later given to me echoes much of what was already spoken in my discussion with the agents. It DID NOT touch upon my inquiries at all. I was furious and had to call them a few more times again until they finally reached out to me with a different case manager, which finally gave me a better answer, more in line to what i was inquiring on. I insisted that they still look into it, and to inform me later regarding the result of my inquiries. In short, They left me on radio silence for months. I believe they no longer looked into my inquiries and didn't care. I got fed up, and last month i went to a local migration agent in my area. Explained everything I went through and the pathways I wanted to explore. Got a confirmation from them within 2 days, finalized my contract with them that day, and 1 months in, Me and my partner are well on track with our visa sponsorship pathway. This level of service is what it should've been like with Onederland. It should never have been so hard, so frustrating with me having to take hours upon hours of my personal time, just to call them asking on my case, only to be told to wait for weeks upon weeks, and even then receiving no clear answer. Terribly unprofessional. I am a paying customer that paid for their services, but somehow I'm treated like someone who's using their services for free, needing to beg and beg for updates all the time. I will admit that their migration agents are knowledgeable, but the lack of initiative, communication, and service shown by the rest of their team, the customer service representative and ESPECIALLY their case managers leave a terrible terrible experience. This is clearly seen with my case managers leaving all my email chains asking for follow up unreplied. I had to call them back EACH time. The 1 time he replied was after I had a heated argument with the customer service on call, and ONLY THEN he replied. Take your money elsewhere and find an actual professional agency that actually cares to deliver the best services to their customer. I had to learn my lesson the hard way. Worst 250$ I've ever spent.
Thank you to Ms. Indah, Ms. Vina, and the ONE derland Consulting Team for the visa (subclass 100 and 309) that we applied for was quickly granted and we were even granted Permanent Resident status. This news was a birthday present for me on August 3, 2024. When I got home from celebrating my birthday with my family, I relaxed and checked my email. It turned out there was an email from Ms. Eka Vinapriliana giving us this good news. It was indeed a difficult struggle to gather the necessary documents amidst my busy daily work schedule. Fortunately, the team was patient in providing us with the right information. In addition to the PR, our children's previous visit visas were also quickly granted. I was very lucky because it was my first time using an agent, it was immediately clicked and connected. Once again, I would like to thank the ONE derland Consulting Team. Update as per Jul 2024 - Onederland still couldn't get back Skilled Migration Visa that they've lost back in 2023 due to their lack of details on took care my documents on time. ---------------- Original review : Despite their good services throughout my PR visa process, It is hard for me to accept that Onederland blew which was probably the only chance that I got from Regional sponsorship. Now, from my hopelessness to get another chance, I could only think if only Onederland had taken care of my process better.
