I was having difficult time in my personal life and visa status as well. Thank god I met the right people. Me and my wife were going through rough time because we did trust other consultant service and went through lot of disappointments. Luckily we met Nishant and team in their Sydney office. I cannot express in words how happy and satisfaied I am with Ozreach Consultants especificly with Nishant Malik. In my case I received a notification from Home Affairs that my visa application was refused because the student agency where I made all the process to extend my visa, they forgot to upload important information in my application. However, Nishant took my case and resolved it in a professional way. They say that Australia is a land of your dreams and I am a firm believer, but life tests you in ways unimaginable. It all started way back in the year 2009 when I came to this beautiful land of promises. Graduation was on charts and the journey to become a permanent resident seemed like was a blink of an eye away. Soon the reality shook me out of the dream and life started throwing its challenges, numerous changes to the SOL, accountancy which once was the go to course became the most difficult stream to get a residency. Uncertainty and fear of losing everything led to desperation which led me to the vultures in the industry. As a frightened and desperate foal, I too fell for the trap, thinking back now, I realise and understand the modus operandi of these so called migration experts, who themselves were merely students like me a couple of years ago and now work on a simple rule of numbers. We usually do not hear about the horror stories, because the applicant is either too afraid to come out or the agent was smart enough to cover his bases. It’s very simple they do not care about the outcome, let alone the lives that they spoil with their limited intellect and knowledge on the matter, they are there just to make a quick buck. Finally as a permanent resident I would say that, Ozreach consultants and Nishant have made this happen, they give results, Nishant was very understanding and confident, throughout the numerous back and forth with the case officer he had a very firm grip on the matter, I would like to credit his outstanding knowledge and work ethics which made this possible. Trust me when I say this, He will make you cry for the amount of documents he asks, which now I understand why, and it all seems worth every iota of energy invested, truly speaking I had lost all hope and was prepared to leave this country for good. Had it not been for Nishant and Team Ozreach, I would not be able to call Australia my forever home. Do your research guys, don’t fall for the trap that is all I can say, I trusted Ozreach and would do it again without a blink of an eye. It’s been over 10 years that I have seen my parents, finally it’s time now. Thank you Nishant and Thank you Team Ozreach. Keep changing lives the way you do. My journey:- •Came to Australia in May 2009 •Completed my Bachelor in 2014 •Completed Professional Year in 2015 •Got 489 visa in July 2016 •Applied for first 887 application in September 2018 •887 visa got technically refused on January 2020 •Applied 887 visa again on May 2020 •Case officer had asked documents 5 times in total between May 2020- October 2022. •Finally, PR has been granted 11/11/2022
I have finally received my PR after fighting for it for the last 1.5 years and all thanks to the Ozreach Consultants team and especially Nishant Malik sir for being a mentor and helping me get through this process without any hassle. I can’t begin to thank Nishant for all the help and trouble he’s gone to get a clearing from the tribunal so my 485 can be reinstated. It has been a tough three years waiting for the tribunal to make a decision but Nishant has gone way and beyond to ensure that everything is in order from our end to ensure a favourable decision. I would recommend Ozreach consultants to anyone who’s struggling to get their visa situation sorted. Another thing, though 485 is an easy application to lodge, it’s always better to seek professional help. I’d recommend lodging it through the guys at Ozreach. I don’t know from where should I start but first of all I would like to thank Nishant ji and team of Ozreach Consultants for their amazing work. I am so glad I have chosen them and finally I got my 186 Direct Entry (Permanent Residency) approved today. I highly appreciate their work. I still remember when I met Nishant with my nomination rejection , at that time I was very disappointed because my nomination got rejected of some mistakes done by my previous lawyer and I also spent so much money on the processing but thanks to Nishant ji and their smart & hard work that even if my nomination was rejected, he got my 482 visa with 4 years approved and now 186 ENS permanent residency.
