The Partner Visa Grant Letter that I received for my spouse, daughter & son was like a dream come true to me. I literally closed my email two to three times , as I could not believe my eyes, I got both Subclass 309 & Subclass 100 for all my family unit at one go. Big Thank you Ozreach & Mr. Malik I visited Ozreach Consultants in October 2018, and my first conversation with Mr. Nishant was over phone and that very time, I was confident I have reached the right place. At this point in time, I had no visa status for Australia, as my PR had expired. The first thing he did was got my RRV granted but due to family commitment, I did not visit Australia and also kept delaying my further process for Partner Visa, it was at the last hour in Feb 2021 when I realized that my son would get 18 years old in February itself and I will face more challenges from the department, I hurried to complete all the paperwork and forms, I got all cooperation from Ozreach to complete the documents and finally Ozreach lodged my family Visa in Feb 21. Meanwhile, my RRV was about to expire and to keep my family application valid, my RRV was again processed by Ozreach and got the approval also very fast. My worry was that both my children were now adults i.e. 18 & 20 years, will the department consider them as dependent, but the guidance that was provided by Mr. Nishant cannot be explained in few words. His way of presenting the documents to the department is exceptional and his handling of queries raised by department is extraordinary. I can say “One needs in-depth knowledge of migration rules to handle a file like mine”. I wish all people who are stuck with their files could meet Mr. Nishant in time. This is a great place if you have any visa queries or need help with your visa. As personally, OzReach was a great help as when I applied for a 485 visa as I was about to graduate but my mistake was, I didn’t have the completion letter with me, but my student visa was about to end. But then, later on, there was another problem with the college and they informed me it will take time and they won’t be able to produce a completion letter rite now. Then I paid a visit to OzReach. They strait up supported me took quick actions to stabilize the situation at that time. Which helped me and my family calm down. They were with us all along with rite up to the time I got my visa last week. The whole process took about 6 months from the time I applied for my 485 and the time I got it. During this whole time, they were there me to support as well on top of handling my case so professionally. Especially Mr. Nishant Malik who personally handled my case. They contacted my parents helped them understand my case which helped them calm. As of now, I have received my 485 visas I have already started working with again working towards my permanent residency in Australia. All in all, if you have any queries or need help with an application I will every time recommend them.
To say that I was stuck in a really bad rut when I decided to take my case to Ozreach, would be an understatement. Had only 2 days worth of visa left in Australia and how Ozreach managed to apply for a further visa in those 2 days is nothing short of a miracle. We initially started our application with a well-known migration company who was looking after our case. They were really slow as they didn't even ask for our documents for couple of months. We started getting worried as our visa was about to expire, and there was no communication from them. We had to wait for weeks to hear from them. We were so worried that this time we started looking for someone more professional and enthusiastic and luckily we came across OZREACH CONSULTANTS. One of our family friends suggested us their name as Ozreach had helped them in getting their PR as well. We are really very happy and content with the services provided by Mr. Nishant Malik as his communication was impeccable. He would call us and email us now and then to get each and every single possible detail he could collect from us which made our case file super strong. At the beginning we got a bit annoyed thinking some of the documents he is asking for, might not be even of any use to him and we started getting stressed assuming there is no progress happening except collection of documents. But one fine day, within a month of submitting all the documents Mr Nishant Malik called us to inform us that we have got the bridging visa and within 3 weeks he called us again to inform that our PR have been granted. I would like to thank OzReach consultants specially Nishant Malik for all their hard work during my Visa process also i want to share my story with you all, As most of people involved in the process of getting either a Visa or permanent residency, I was also sailing in the same boat. After applying my 457 visa in June 2016, I got a refusal for my application in December 2016. With no hope and after running pillar to post i was introduced Nishant Malik through common friend who claimed that Nishant is best in the industry. Little hope did i have ,as every other migration seemed to be the same, with the same set of promises and claims to their name. Nishant was the first one to promise nothing but a fair application with valid grounds and supporting documents. He was very clear on every aspect of the application and demanded probably the most extensive paper work i had come across. Finally after 2.5 years of wait, i got an approval on 8th July 2019, finally i could be with my wife, who will be joining my soon in Australia and I have owe this to Nishant and team OzReach consultants, had they not been there , i would have a very different futurewith very less promises.
