Who says that Customer Service Manager can't get a Residency in Australia ? My application for Permanent Residency got refused in 2017 and Mr Nishant Malik fought the case for two and a half years in Tribunal, got our Residency and our dreams which were lost in 2017. Have visited lots of Immigration Advisors which ultimately resulted in wasting money and time. Then I met Nishant Malik who after hearing my ordeal advised me to exercise patience. I want to highlight one thing which is unique about Ozreach Consultants that they do not give any guarantees which most of the practitioners do. When I asked about the guarantee factor to Nishant, he simply replied that how can we give a guarantee for a decision which we cannot make, only thing which we can offer is ethical service and transparency about the work we do. In the end I can only say rather I would like to substantiate that Nishant Malik is one of the best professionals in Migration Industry coupled with immense knowledge and a great eye to detail.
Please take a time to read my True Story,…. I am an Australian citizen and have been living in Australia for 30 years. Over the years, I met over a dozen immigration consultants while assisting friends and relatives for their immigration challenges. I have even met many immigrational ruined families literarily in tears; fighting various courts battles. They were simply misguided by their migration agents; paid very little or no attention to their applications and simply wanted to charge them for the service. Therefore, I had lots of reservation when it comes to dealing with migration agents, particularly, from non-European backgrounds as I come from the Asian cultural background. I even used to strongly advocate to my friends and relatives by saying visit European Australian migration agents ONLY as they are at least bit honest & unscrupulous compared to others; even though they might charge you little bit more. I wanted to help one of my very close relatives, she had a very challenging immigration case literally impossible win had we sought wrong advice from inexperienced consultant. Thanks Jesus! One of my friends took me to meet Nishant. Initially, I had reservations about him and doubted his credentials. I even was reluctant to waste my time with him as I wanted a European Australian agent to handle the case. At the first meeting with Nishant, I immediately recognize him being down to earth person with no BS. I found him up front, honest, experienced and very knowledgeable about migration legislations. I am good at reading people integrity, intentions and motives very quickly; maybe it’s to do with my many years of exposure to people from various work of lives working as a Sales Manager. 26 Jul 2019, will be one of the happiest days for all my family, as we just read the PR Granted status letter sent by the immigration for my relative. It felt like a gift sent from above, we are feeling a big sigh of relief after waiting nearly 2.5 years since the application was lodged. Over the last several months while overseeing my relative application; I found Nishant being very careful, thorough, paying attention to the details, passionate to win the case and even personally stepping out of his comfort zones to visit all the stake holders if necessary, in order to strengthen the application. I can guarantee, very few agents would do something like what Nishant did. I have never met any agent with such compassion, passionate and integrity like him Nishant has helped two of my close relatives and their family gained PR Status. One thing I like about him is, his absolute honesty. If a case is too weak to win, he refuses to take the case onboard. He frankly tells them to go somewhere else as he would not like to waste their money and tarnish his reputation from being a good agent. In closing: There are hundreds and thousands of migration agents littered across our towns and cities even overseas. It’s confusing when it comes to picking the right one and you know it’s crucially important that you picked the right agent as it would make big difference on the success of your application. If you are looking for a good, honest, knowledgeable and loyal migration agent; from the bottom of honest hearts I strongly recommend Nishant at OzReach. I can never stop praising the work ethics of ozreach consultants. From the word go till the finale, the entire process was like a breeze, not to undermine the thorough work which goes on in the background, for the application. I was on Provisional Partner VISA and got my Permanent Partner VISA today. All credit for both my Visa processes goes to Ozreach Consultants. The first visa was much faster than anyone could imagine and our same experience is for the Permanent Partner Visa as well. I would like to thank Mr. Nishant for processing my 482 visa. I didn’t have much time to prepare my requirements but he is very hands-on during the application process for my sponsorship visa that it was lodge on time. He is also available always to answer questions.
