Unfortunately, my experience with Kenneth's service was very disappointing. Throughout my visa application process, I did not receive the level of communication, support, or professionalism I expected. During the period of the Department of Home Affairs system outage and the potential increase in visa application fees, I never received any email or update from Kenneth. As a client, I would have expected proactive communication about something that could significantly affect my application and costs. If client care had been a priority, a simple email update—similar to what Angel provided to clients—would have made a big difference. Communication was also an ongoing issue. My emails were often not answered promptly, and when I raised concerns, I was told that my emails had gone to the bottom of the inbox. I don't believe this is an acceptable explanation when clients are relying on timely advice for important visa matters. What frustrated me the most was having to pay additional fees that I believe could have been avoided. Had my application been lodged promptly after I submitted all the required documents, it would have been processed before the fee increase, and I would not have incurred the extra cost. Instead, I ended up paying more due to delays that were outside of my control. Overall, the lack of communication, delayed responses, and additional financial burden left me feeling unsupported throughout the process. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this service.
